Collaborated with design company Pentagram to overhaul, install, and maintain new Studio branding. Seamlessly integrated into Studio’s work environment; developing strong relationships with all departments. Supported Studio during the 2020 Pandemic by providing 100% of all digital, print, and web graphics throughout the 2020 Pandemic. Assisted in the success of Studio’s first virtual season (including two world-premiere productions) by designing over 250 graphic assets critical to online production. Developed over 15 unique digital productions and web/social media shorts as part of four (4) different digital series: Psalm Salons, Juneteenth Celebrations, March on Washington, Video Postcards; garnering over 17,000 views across 11 states. Increased marketing efficiency by 50% by expediting graphic development; completing assignments 2-4 days ahead of requested/scheduled delivery. Prevented, mitigated, and overcame production delays by implementing edits and changes within a same day/24-hour timeframe; establishing a new, vital, turnaround capability and saving Studio time and money. Created over 5,000 pieces of branded material and graphic assets over 2020-2021. Optimized and overhauled Studio Dropbox archives; streamlining storage into a more concise organizational system. Collaborated with Director of Marketing and Communications and Marketing department to develop and implement strategies during 2020 Pandemic shut down. Successfully coached, trained, and mentored Marketing Apprentice for 6 pandemic months as a part of Studio’s Apprentice program.
